Advisr is in search of an experienced and strategic Director, Marketing with a proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS growth-stage company. This is a hands-on role and you will be equally responsible for setting the company’s marketing plan and growth strategy while managing the company’s customer acquisition funnel. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter that is passionate about problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and bring to life a unique and differentiated brand identity and voice for Advisr which highlights our mission and vision
  • Own messaging and our value proposition across channels, leveraging feedback from prospects in the sales funnel as well as existing customers
  • Identify and implement creative ideas to increase brand awareness and build recognition for our solutions; ensure brand awareness and impact are considered in all relevant marketing, sales, business development initiatives
  • Design and execute the strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, working closely with leaders across the organization to streamline processes and align strategy and tactics
  • Build a team around you to support the execution of the Advisr marketing strategy
  • Manage Advisr’s content marketing strategy and ensure our social media accounts and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience; create exceptional content that differentiates us from the competition
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on event strategy, including third-party event participation as well as company-produced events and webinars
  • Foster a data-driven environment, building the data and martech infrastructure to support an excellent growth marketing program
  • Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • You have extensive experience in B2B SaaS Marketing (8-10+ years), ideally within the salestech, martech or adtech verticals
  • You are a hands on Operator who likes getting your hands dirty
  • You are a self-starter with a creative mind and track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results
  • You enjoy developing and setting the strategy as much as you enjoy executing against it
  • You have experience with marketing automation tools and tactics (including Hubspot)
