Job Description- Connected Commerce Process Modeling Associate

This Associate position supports the end-to-end process mapping supporting the design and mapping of high risk processes across Connected Commerce, tying in key risks and controls that align to the specific processes. It blends elements from several disciplines such as governance, analytics, process improvement, relationship management and project management into one unique role where creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking are essential You should have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities include determining applicability and impact of regulatory changes in partnership with Legal, Controls and business representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner across Connected Commerce with functional Subject Matter Expert’s within the Connected Commerce Business, Legal, Controls, and others to evaluate and implement updates stemming from legal/regulatory changes
  • Manage sustainment process to ensure the legal obligation mappings to procedures remain current in the midst of ongoing changes and the evolving legal environment
  • Execute intake, assessment, and notification processes to ensure that modeling remain accurate and aligns with the broader Connected Commerce Change Management processes
  • Onboard and coach new functional SMEs
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables; with timely approval from all partners and business
  • Identify, influence, and implement process improvements as you facilitate meetings with the Business and Control Partners

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of end-to-end project management experience, including the ability to create project plan, facilitate meetings, screenshares, etc. with multiple parties/stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to execute on multiple deliverables/projects at the same time
  • Avid-learner who is genuinely curious and committed to developing new skills. Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision
  • Experienced presenter with strong oral and written communication skills; who is able to facilitate calls and drive to deliverable timelines
  • Ability to work well in a fast-growing environment with the ability to deliver expected materials on time

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in process design or process modeling using tools such as Visio, iGrafix or Signavio.
  • Strong expertise to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency and drive
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills within a team environment
