EMEA Commerce Solutions Product Lead – Payments - Executive Director or Managing Director

Payments & Commerce Solutions Product Management Team is a dynamic and diverse Product team responsible for product strategy, development, commercialization and local relevance of payment products across the region. The products managed and developed are used by financial institutions and corporations globally.

Job Summary

As Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Payments & Commerce Solutions Product Lead - Executive Director or Managing Director in Payments Product Solutions in Saudi your role will be focused on the day-to-day management of the Middle East & Africa Payments franchise and setting the vision for the future growth. J.P. Morgan Payments is expanding its country footprint and expanding capabilities in the region building on the firm’s global franchise. This lead will bring together regional functions that execute the investment planning, development and implementation of our product offerings across multiple countries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a business strategy for expanding our payments offerings into new markets across the region.
  • Define a methodology to determine the criteria we will use to prioritize markets for expansion.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to build and launch product offerings across markets.
  • Manage a team across multiple locations to make sure that product offerings are globally consistent but locally relevant.
  • Own the regional investment planning and budgeting process including liaison with global teams.
  • Increase the firms external profile through industry forums, client events and marketing events.
  • Deliver on multi-year programmes across multiple markets.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Subject matter expert on EMEA payments across traditional core cash management to emerging payment rails and merchant acquiring.
  • Executes with holistic understanding of end-to-end process, product and industry
  • Team player, capable of building relationships with key business partners
  • Confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Travel overseas as a regular requirement.
