Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class client experiences through daily transactional and lifecycle management processing, ensuring accurate and timely trade capture within stipulated regulatory requirements and timelines.
  • Develop continuous understanding of local regulations governing OTC Derivatives products.
  • Address ad hoc queries and resolve issues promptly from stakeholders.
  • Driving process improvement / automation initiatives and efficiency opportunities within the team.
  • Strong ability to document (or make changes) to standard operating procedures, risk documentations and policy documents associated with Operations.
  • Make sound and objective decisions when receiving escalation and escalate issues promptly to manager.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Managed/Worked in an operational team using Murex will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies. Knowledge of Tableau, Python and Alteryx CORE certification is a plus.
