You will join a highly professional team and provide cash administration/enquiry services to both internal and external clients.
As an Operations Analyst in Payment Operations team, you will be responsible for the provision of a stable, efficient, and secured wholesale payment processing system to bring high level client service.
Job responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational activities of payment lifecycle. Responsible for the provision of a stable, efficient, and secured wholesale payment processing system to bring high level client service according to JPM Operations Standards
- Maintain a robust and compliant Operations environment, timely report BOP/RCPMIS/AML activities to regulators, assist in compliance checking/audit requests, perform processing reconciliations, and promptly escalate any unusual issues to managements.
- Closure work with internal stakeholders to support key MIS, data analytics, issue managements. Coordinate among locational processing hubs for cash products
- Provide cash administration/enquiry services to both internal and external clients, ensure all service requests are completed within service level timelines.
- Develop subject matter expertise of payment processes, provide supports to enhancement projects, user testing and maintenances. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control.
- Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes.
- Review and provide recommendations to process improvements/re-engineering, active participate in project and initiatives.
- Any other tasks assigned by managers
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/ Business Administration, or a related subject.
- Fluent written and oral language skill in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and multiple tasking skills, able to work in a team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Basic knowledge and experience in SWIFT/CNAPS/CIPS payment will be advantageous, high potential graduates will also be considered for this role
