Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Regulatory Reporting Operations team.

As an Analyst within Regulatory Reporting Operations team, you will adhere with the Regulatory Report to Government Bodies as required in compliance to the policy, procedure and regulation. You will be involved in control processing in compliance to the policy, procedures and regulations.

This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 4 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Regulatory Report to Government Bodies as required (Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisa Transaksi Keuangan, etc.) in compliance to the policy, procedure and regulation
  • Handle Account Maintenance and Remediation of Client Information and manage mailing and filing
  • Perform checking of client documentation against information available in banking system
  • Update Local Reference Data for Authorized Signatories with valid and updated client information
  • Ensure that all relevant internal and regulatory reports are completed timely and accurately
  • Manage Nostro Reconciliation and Investigation and control processing, including counterparty set up and static data set up
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures to improve efficiency and control
  • Provide response to internal and external queries, and escalate unusual problems to officers
  • Participate in local and regional project as needed and perform Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or enhanced systems
  • Provide data related to audit queries and implement any new regulatory requirements as well as relevant new and revised internal policy
  • Perform non-routine tasks as directed by Supervisor

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience as Bank Operations Clerk or relevant role
  • Possess accounting knowledge
  • Understanding of bank operations and procedures
  • Understanding of computer applications (Excel, Access, Macro, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Effective communication skills
