Join the dynamic Banker Professional team at of J.P Morgan’s APAC Private Banking business with a focus on Southeast Asia (SEA) market and deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and Bankers as a Banker Professional.

Job Summary:

As a Banker Professional for SEA Market in J.P Morgan’s APAC Private Banking business, you will be a part of a global wealth management leader that delivers the highest quality advice, service, capabilities, and solutions to Ultra High Net Worth team members and families around the world. You will work closely with our Bankers and Investors to provide support in all facets of daily business routine, maintaining awareness and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role provides an opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by the Private Bank and to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

Job Responsibilities: (Up to 11 Bullet Points)

  1. Provide operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate
  2. Help manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
  3. Support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig Lists on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
  4. Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management
  5. Help with team projects and admin (weekly flows commentary, pipeline reporting etc.)
  6. Support to resolve ad hoc client queries and standard reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills (Up to 11 Bullet Points):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent in any discipline
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in Private Bank or other relevant Financial Institutions, and background in client service
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  4. Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  5. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  6. Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  7. Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  8. Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  9. Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  10. General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
