Job Description

As a Reference Data Specialist in Merchant Services, you'll provide operational support within our Corporate Investment Bank Line of Business. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of documentation management for clients are completed timely. A. Additional responsibilities may include managing daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, implementing templates in documentation system for operational use, implementing templates in e-signature platform, testing in UAT /PROD etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

  • Understanding of the financial services industry, products, documentation, and processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Excellent client focus working practices
  • Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
