We are a nationally recognized direct-to-consumer business with a vibrant team of Home Lending Advisors based in Phoenix, Columbus, and Jacksonville. Our mission is to help clients across all 50 states achieve their homeownership dreams through customer retention, new customer acquisition, and a variety of mortgage solutions. Centralized Sales (CS) specializes in a wide range of services, including refinance transactions, purchase money mortgages, e-commerce originations, corporate relocation, and home equity. We source our leads from a variety of exciting channels such as direct mail, media advertising, cross-sell efforts, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, and more.

As a Centralized Sales Home Lending Associate, you will be at the forefront of serving our clients with Chase’s Home Equity and Streamline product offerings. You will become an expert in our programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring that every client interaction is seamless and satisfying.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients through inbound and outbound calls, showcasing your ability to learn and serve customer’s cash needs or desire to reduce interest expense.
  • Maximize the Opportunity to be passionate about helping every customer achieve their objective and choose Chase.
  • Ensure every detail is perfect, from customer satisfaction to compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
  • Navigate multiple advanced computer systems with ease, supporting the lending process with automated programs and software.
  • Maintain your cool in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, even during challenging situations like loan escalations.
  • Work closely with partners and team members, sharing information and expertise to achieve common goals. Be candid and honest with coworkers and referral sources.
  • Keep up-to-date with the mortgage industry, business, and economic trends to better understand the local market and the needs of our clients.
  • Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and accurately log all business activities within the firm’s CRM.

Required Qualification

  • Demonstrated sales aptitude
  • College degree preferred, or 2 years equivalent work experience in sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Extremely detail-oriented. Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines timely
  • Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service and consultative selling
  • Self-motivation and demonstration of initiatives
  • Strong adherence to compliance regulations

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position. Your continued employment in this position would be contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.

In addition, this position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with JPMorgan Chase, you will be required to either register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Your continued employment in this position with JPMorgan Chase is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter.
