The Retirement Plan ICA role, part of our U.S Funds Sales Organization, provides recordkeeping and retirement plan services to small to mid-sized plans. Our products, Retirement Link and Everyday 401K, combine our investment capabilities with J.P. Morgan’s service & insights. Job Summary:

The Retirement Plan ICA position is part of Asset Management U.S Funds Sales Organization. Retirement Link provides bundled recordkeeping and retirement plan services to private sector defined contribution retirement plans for small to mid-sized plans. Everyday 401K is our start-up 401K solution. Both of these products combine the breadth of J.P. Morgan Asset Management's investment capabilities with J.P. Morgan’s service & insights to plan sponsors. Our mission is to be our clients’ premier partner in helping individuals achieve a successful retirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with advisors and Chase Middle Market Bankers to support the Retirement Sales and Service teams,
  • Work with other internal peers (marketing, service, the conversion team and Finance) to develop, implement, manage, and promote our retirement offerings.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Education - bachelor’s degree
  • Experience of 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic and Critical Thinking – ability to think through pricing scenarios, understand markets, investments and understand complex industry content
  • Project management - manage and execute multiple projects with consistent quality deliverables working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills - identify risks, opportunities and appropriately evaluate and prioritize
  • Client Focus - understand the unique needs of retirement clients
  • Innovation - identify opportunities to stay in front of clients and advance sales prospects while differentiating products and features
  • Relationship Skills - strong relationship and collaboration skills to partner with internal and external colleagues at all levels

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Retirement plan sales and/or investment product knowledge
  • Licenses - FINRA Series 6,63 or 7 licensed
