The successful candidate will join the Markets Post Trade Transformation team This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the Derivatives & FX (DFX) Post Trade business, working as part of the team responsible for the delivery of a $13M multi-year program to move Global DFX Post Trade processing to new strategic platforms.

The role will include responsibility for the analysis, design, project management and implementation of requirements within the Data & Reporting work stream across the DFX post-trade domain. It affords significant opportunity to collaborate with various Technology, Business, Operations and Transformation teams and their leadership.

The role is based in Mumbai but responsibilities will be both regional and global. Cross-regional partnership across technology and the business is vital.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be focused on the end-to-end management of Transformation activities covering project management, governance / communication, business analysis, user acceptance testing, parallel / migration tasks, as well as ensuring the realization of priority Operational outcomes. This will include:

• Partnering with key business, operations and technology teams in order to drive business requirements, testing and overall delivery
• Partnering with Operational Product Owners and Technology leads to effectively prioritize deliverables to ensure the timely realization of key business outcomes
• Communication of progress to senior stakeholders and the timely escalation of issues
• Adherence to key control/regulatory/audit standards

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Strong project management experience
• Ability to gather, document and analyze requirements from stakeholders
• Ability to create test plans and associated test cases, and support users when conducting UAT
• Problem solving / issue resolution skills
• Analytical thinking
• Practical knowledge and experience of Agile methodology and frameworks
• Task management
• Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft 365
• Experience in Markets Operations, FX or Derivatives Operations experience preferred
• Flexibility to work global hours
