Morgan Money is the open architecture digital investing platform released in 2019 for institutions with a focus on cash management product. Morgan Money is a key priority for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. with a long-term development and expansion roadmap.

Job Summary

As a Client Service, Morgan Money Platform Service Specialist – Associate, you will be part of the team to be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to our clients using the Morgan Money platform and providing a seamless client experience by ensuring the successful setup and integration of various tools and products. You are expected to work with internal partners such as Client Account Managers, Investment Platform Specialists, Sales and third-party vendors on implementing client projects, onboarding clients on the platform, and improving the overall client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of client projects related to the Morgan Money platform
  • Lead the onboarding process for a group of clients by coordinating with client and internal partners to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Coordinate with both JPMorgan and third-party fund providers to ensure proper setup of client accounts on the investment platforms
  • Troubleshoot trade and settlement issues and provide ongoing support for specialized functions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal partners to provide updates and address any concerns
  • Monitor progress for client projects and make adjustments as necessary and set appropriate expectations
  • Integrate future rollouts of new functionalities and obtain and consolidate user/client feedback
  • Drive increased engagement and utilization of Morgan Money among clients by providing comprehensive training, support, and resources to ensure a seamless integration into their workflows

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Two years of mutual fund client servicing experience.
  • Licensed to carry on Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities or willing to take the qualification exam in first 6 months of employment.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written).
  • Client-focused with the ability to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ servicing needs.
  • Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
