As a Money Market Fund, Product Associate in Short Term Investments within Liquidity and Account Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core member of the team, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of money market fund products.
- Support key initiatives, strategic pricing and product direction for Treasury Sales and Bankers management with the goal of maximizing client and portfolio profitability.
- Provide advanced market research and competitive analytics such to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and implement product strategies.
- Monitor fund performance and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain decision analytics tools (models) in support of strategic cross-team initiatives
- Ensure that all money market fund products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide support to clients and respond to inquiries related to money market fund products.
- Assist in the development of client communication materials and educational resources.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure the successful launch and management of money market fund products.
- Role may contribute to technology development, provide requirements for solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- BA / BS in a quantitative field; advanced study with a quantitative focus is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, management consulting or similar professional environment in an product management or analytic role
- Self-starter with a strong vision, creative approach, and passion for driving insight
- Detailed-obsessed with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills in order to identify opportunities and suggest solutions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in treasury services, liquidity product asset management and/or investment management
- Knowledge of investments products (-Money Market Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Brokerage products), industry and market trends
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - specifically, the ability to present findings in concise verbal and written presentations
- Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively execute initiatives
