Job Description

Work alongside industry experts within our Asset Management Clients business who oversee the delivery of JP Morgan Funds to individual and institutional investors around the world. Get an understanding of who our clients are and how we work with them and learn about our business in a dynamic team environment.

As a Full Time Analyst in the 2026 Asset Management Client Program, you will work in partnership with our senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support our clients' needs across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds and private equity. You’ll help build a leading global client franchise that delivers excellent investment performance and client service. This two-year rotational program kicks off with multiple weeks of in-depth training. You'll learn about our business strategy and structure from colleagues from around the world while sharpening your technical skills, finance and accounting principles, and proficiency with our proprietary tools.

Across all areas, this program offers unprecedented training and experience in Asset Management, as well as the potential to join J.P. Morgan's team as an Associate upon successful completion of the program.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop strategies that support our clients' needs by working with teams that manage relationships
  • Distribute investment solutions for institutions and financial intermediaries.
  • Rotate through multiple areas outlined below within our Asset Management Client Groups. Team placements may include sales support, marketing, business management, strategy, or training.
  • Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.
  • Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis,
  • Conduct market research
  • Assist in strategic planning, helping clients meet their investment objectives.
  • Oversee our institutional investor relationships, serving as the first point of contact for institutions accessing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our professionals to construct and implement marketing tactics
  • Create and deliver content
  • Research and analyze products and execute business development strategies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economics
  • Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
  • Japanese fluency is required for this role
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background and an expected graduation between April 2025 through March 2026
  • Available to start full time employment from April 2026

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
  • Business level of English is preferred.
