Duties: Structure data-driven and qualitative analyses to identify strategic and transformational opportunities and recommendations. Research innovation in financial services such as machine learning, block chain, robotics process automation to reimagine commercial banking. Plan portions of work streams and analysis. Define sub-work stream timelines. Conduct aspects of research with employees via interviews. Facilitate working sessions, design workshops, focus groups, and surveys. Collaborate with design teams and Subject Matter Experts to use a design-thinking methodology to create target-state commercial banking experience. Translate aspects of design into discrete and well-scoped sub-initiatives. Develop relationships with key junior clients and internal stakeholders. Execute discussions with partners and stakeholders. Prepare portions of decks and select design materials to share with clients, team leadership, senior management, and executive leadership. Create work plans, and meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Global Thought, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategic Management, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Transformation, Business Insights and Strategy, Research Assistant, Economic Analyst, Business Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Researching Financial services such as machine learning, block chain, and robotics process automation; Financial and business case modeling; Wireframe development; Operating model design; Digital transformation including journey design and prototyping; Designing and software development processes including agile methodologies.
Job Location: 1230 Avenue Of The Americas, New York, NY, 10020. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $165,000 - $165,000 per year.
