Job Description

As Test associate I, at JPMorgan Chase, we are looking for a tester to join the organization and play an integral role in transformational Global initiatives providing test services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will work in partnership with project managers, technology and testing teams to define, design and build test deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Validate AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability by designing and executing test cases, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies for project leadership and other functional areas.
  • Define metrics, KPIs, and analysis to assist the team in making data-driven decisions.
  • Validate and Present test results for internal sign-off.
  • Work with minimal supervision on day-to-day activities.
  • Manage and Oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups to ensure that UAT team priorities and needs are communicated effectively, especially relating to code releases and test environments.
  • Provide accurate testing estimates.

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understand statistical performance measures.
  • Write Python scripts to trigger tests and analyze data.
  • Develop testing methodology.
  • Use Microsoft Office Tools at an intermediate level.
  • Utilize image editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
  • Create presentations that convey results of tests.
  • Use PowerBI, Excel, and Jupyter to produce plots.
  • Employ Cucumber/Gherkin or similar tools.
  • Apply functional knowledge of Client Onboarding (KYC, Document Management).
  • Hold a Project/Agile methodology qualification.
