Job Description
As a Vice President - Markets Planning and Analysis within the Global Research and Transformation team, you will be focused on providing reporting and analytic solutions on different metrics. You will work closely with various stakeholders, providing insights for the research published globally and participating in discussions that promote research technology strategy. This role offers the opportunity to demonstrate your people management skills, technical expertise, and capacity planning abilities, while leading major technical projects and making strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates people management skills and cultivates positive, inclusive work environment
- Performing duties that include but are not limited to assembling data, building reports/dashboards, and providing input on out of the box solutions for our business partners
- Providing high-level technical expertise and innovation
- Ensures projects are completed according to established timelines.
- Participates in cross-functional teams
- Making strategic technical decisions and leading major technical projects
- Plan capacity for work allocation, resiliency planning (fungibility, backups)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in a combination of business + technology experience
- Bachelor's degree, B.E., MBA or equivalent required
- Creating and deploying dashboards with a BI tool (examples include but not limited to Qlik Sense, Tableau and Quick sight)
- Strong Python programming skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, influencing and strategic skills.
- Prior experience in reporting, data analysis and development with ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Must have first-hand knowledge of how to procure source data from multiple locations, integrate them together, and provide usable information for reporting or analysis
- Advanced project management and leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
