Job Description

You will use your experience and expertise in recommending new methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the control environment and adherence to firm-wide governance across Operations.

As a Business Analysis Associate II in Issue Resolution Management, you will be a part of the Service and Lending Operations Issue Resolution Team. You will support Card and Retail Customer Service, Auto Customer Service, Card Lending Service, Service Product Group, Business Banking Operations, and Banker Support for 12legal obligation mapping, litigation support, Firmwide Governance Program for Limited English Proficiency and Customer Fairness. This role offers the opportunity to enhance the performance of our department and line of business, with potential for career growth and the chance to be part of our site leadership team. You will be instrumental in achieving key service metrics and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with colleagues, stakeholders, and Risk and Controls to review and recommend new methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency and strengthen the control environment and adherence to firm-wide governance.
  • Communicate with operations leaders and business stakeholders as needed
  • Review policies, procedures, and system functionality to provide business guidance
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide clear and concise documentation on steps taken to resolve open gaps
  • Assist in executing project plans and monitor open issues on an ongoing basis
  • Perform monitoring of obligation mapping and map procedures in Enterprise Library Application (ELA)
  • Present complex and sensitive issues to senior management
  • Meet with attorneys or compliance to understand implications of changes to law or regulatory requirements and the downstream impact to Operations
  • Perform a significant amount of reading thru Legal Obligations and Regulatory Events and applicable line of business procedures to determine correlation and potential impact

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations; Customer Service and/or Lending Operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior leadership
  • Ability to influence others through strong partnership with key stakeholders across Operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn complex processes
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to complete timely deliverables with a high degree of accuracy
  • High School diploma/GED

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business

**Schedule: Monday thru Friday 05:30pm to 02:30am Indian Standard Time**
