Job Summary

As a Vice President, Global Digital Channels Business Continuity in the Business Continuity & Resiliency team, you will define, coordinate, manage, and deliver both tactical and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with global Technology, Product, Sales, Service, Implementations, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure platform reliability and stability. Your role is crucial in protecting the firm and our clients' information assets while ensuring compliance with information security requirements. Job Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in incident response; facilitates Product communication deliverables during production outages
  • Responsible to define & deliver the Business Continuity & Resiliency roadmap and prioritization
  • Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk; foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified
  • Understand risk and contribute to an effective and efficient control environment
  • Communicate effectively and build shared understanding
  • Invest in relationships and improve collaboration with a “one team” mentality
  • Make continuous learning and skill building a priority
  • Instil a security first mindset through coaching and mentorship. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement throughout the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrate the relevant level of experience in product or product-related functions, including program/project management and product development
  • Knowledge of electronic banking products and systems
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
  • Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage business partners, technology resources, subject matter experts, user interface design, QA, UAT, and all other groups involved in the end-to-end process
  • High level of creativity and ability to think 'outside the box'
  • Excessive attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
