As a Digital Designer and Learning Facilitator, you will play a dual role in both the creative and collaborative aspects of our learning solutions. You will be responsible for designing engaging digital learning content and facilitating training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between design and implementation, ensuring that our learning solutions are not only engaging but delivered the required learning outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and impactful learning content, including videos and digital courses.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Utilize tools such as Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, After Effects, and Adobe Animate to develop high-quality videos, graphics, and other digital learning products.
  • Collaborate with Domain Solutions and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions.
  • Facilitate professional development training both in classroom and virtually.
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide facilitation support for targeted programs where required.
  • Manage the global schedule for professional development open enrollment, working with the team to make adjustments and improve processes to enhance quality.
  • Ensure compliance of project activities with audit and risk policies and the highest aspirations of the firm’s business principles.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years experience in learning and development; including facilitation and curriculum development experience
  • Strong agile project management experience
  • Display the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mind-set, high client centricity and being innovative by challenging the status quo.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines within a fast-moving professional environment;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and comfort in communicating with different levels of management
  • Ability to work independently in a high performance team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of ADA and WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutions
  • Expert proficiency in Video/Audio Studio production and editing
  • Extensive software skill experience – expert level proficiency in four or more tools in the adobe Creative Suite applications (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Animate); and high proficiency in tools/programs such as Articulate Storyline, , Figma, Microsoft Office Tools
