As a Middle Office Practice Leadership Business Process Management Analyst known internally as Technical or Procedure Writer you will provide technical writing support of CB Middle Office Procedures, periodic change requests, and annual attestation process.
Job responsibilities
- Manage OTM tool as intake process for procedure requests and assigns change requests to technical writers and consultants.
- Create, modify, and write standardized procedure documents through partnership with Product, Subject Matter Experts, and Library Function owners to maintain accuracy of content.
- Manage and performs regular review of document or procedure certifications or attestations following the firms style guide and content standard.
- Continuously ensure that documents are updated, streamlined, maintained and archived appropriately.
- Work across organizational boundaries with internal partners to ensure the delivery of quality products and services.
- Respond to inquiries from Commercial Banking (CB) Sales, Service partners related to CB Treasury products and services, client onboarding, deposit account activity, and maintenance for CB clients.
- Build relationships and establish credibility which is founded on a detailed understanding of operational data and processes.
- Foster an environment of trust with internal partners and their senior management, where issues are escalated, identified, and resolved effectively.
- Prioritize inquiries to ensure visibility, traction, and resolution.
- Set expectations, facilitate internal communication, and resolve inquiries through effective communication.
- Delivers reporting requirement for Business As Usual (BAU) task and Content uplift metrics. Recommends process improvement and streamlining opportunities to management.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Communication skills: The technical writer will write standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain document while adhering the firmwide document lifecycle standard.
- Project Management: The role will involve strong stakeholder partnership ensuring our stakeholders are given timely feedback on the status of their procedure change requests and escalate any issues that will hinder delivery timeline.
- Operational Excellence and Innovation: Everyone is encouraged to identify opportunities to improve the process or tools and provide recommendations. Knowledge in technology tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PitchPro, Pyton, Sharepoint forms, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an advantage.
- Risk and Controls: Everyone is encouraged to operate with a risk control mindset ensuring procedure changes are executed adhering to our control standards, content management standard, style guide, and escalation process.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- College degree preferred, and / or with 3+ years of experience in client service, operations, technology, sales, or portfolio management.
- Commercial or Financial services experience with knowledge on Treasury products is a plus.
Shift Schedule: 5pm-2am PHT, Weekends off
