Join our dynamic team to lead HR Singapore and Australia HR Operations and manage impactful regional projects. Drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence in a global setting.

As the HR Operations & Change Lead, you will oversee HR operations in Singapore & Australia and manage regional HR projects. This role is crucial for aligning local objectives with global strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement. You will work closely with regional leadership and stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services and drive strategic initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Align local objectives with global and regional priorities.
  • Manage HR operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and review services delivered by Corporate Center teams.
  • Document operational processes and conduct control assessments.
  • Act as the HR Operations subject matter expert for local HR services.
  • Identify and maintain controls required in HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Firm’s and local HR regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of regional HR projects.
  • Facilitate change and communication management for initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills |

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 10 years of experience in HR operations with a combination of operations and project experience.
  • People Management experience, motivating, leading, building and retaining talent
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship and risk management skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and address issues.
  • Strong ownership and accountability of people, processes, and strategy.
  • Process management mindset with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Understanding and experience of Singapore and Australia HR Payroll Regulatory & Tax environments and risks
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; solution-oriented thinker.
  • Project management experience, including defining and delivering projects.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills |

  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience using project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of automation tools and their application such e.g. Alteryx
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing demands.
  • Financial management skills for building business cases.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and working under strict deadlines.
