Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager in Employee Experience team, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and leading the end-to-end product life cycle to deliver innovative solutions that provide customer value and optimize experiences. Utilizing your deep understanding of product management you will lead new products through the entire life cycle including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, development and change readiness to successfully launch products that exceed customer expectations.You will liaise with key stakeholders, including end-users, HR, other products, technology teams and control and risk partners, to gather crucial feedback, lead end-to-end process management, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to deliver high-quality solutions and adhere to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities

  • Manages discovery efforts working with our research partners to uncover customer problems and identify high-value solutions
  • Tracks key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk, and reliability
  • Leads end-to-end delivery including delivery feasibility, dependency management, release management and product operationalization with functional coordination
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Supports change management activities and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior HR experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization with understanding of regional legal, regulatory and compliance nuances
  • Advanced knowledge of the product life cycle with 5+ years of experience in product management, product delivery or equivalent expertise in a relevant area
  • Strong analytical skills and experienced in using data to determine solutions and priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to present to leadership
  • Proven track record in being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting required deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experienced in Oracle HCM Cloud
