Job Description
Maintain analytics for management insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct ad hoc analytics, prioritize and influence stakeholders, execute project tasks, participate in monthly CARE testing, address complex complaints, follow up on resolutions, and support new process changes.
As a Product Control Manager Associate, you will be responsible for executing bespoke surveys, conducting ad hoc analysis by applying reporting / research frameworks, and presenting these findings to business teams to enable better decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage customized surveys to address various business needs and problem statements.
- Synthesize survey responses and apply sentiment analysis to assess customer/client reactions and feedback.
- Utilize data storytelling to communicate insights in a clear and engaging manner.
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders to facilitate the acceptance and implementation of recommendations.
- Map and document processes and journeys to ensure transparency and improve stakeholder understanding.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and recommend improvements and innovations.
- Process optimization and automation, collaborating with senior leadership to achieve departmental objectives.

- Demonstrate strong risk and control awareness, with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively and meet critical deadlines.
- Communicate confidently and influence both internal and external clients.
- Think strategically and implement process improvements.
