Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive digital transformation and enhance the firm's electronic trading capabilities while also focusing on revenue growth and day-to-day operational support. Contribute to the development of best-in-class electronic execution and digital distribution products, with a focus on improving efficiency, speed, and cost of execution. Ensure the timely delivery of solutions that support low-touch execution. Gather and document detailed requirements for eTrading products, engaging internal SMEs, clients and regulators. Coordinate the implementation, development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, keeping them informed about the progress, outcomes, and impacts of digital transformation projects. Actively promote and market the global suite of electronic capabilities to increase revenue and market share in the digital distribution and electronic execution space. Support production management and the trading desk. Assist with any operational issues and resolve booking and STP challenges ensuring the smooth adoption of products in the portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Fixed Income Digital Markets Product, Digital Markets Lab Analyst, Technology Consultant or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Electronic Trading Markets including FX spot, forward, NDF and Algorithmic products, Credit and Rates Bond Markets as well as FX Options structures; Launching of digital solutions including full product lifecycle, product planning, development, testing and post launch maintenance; Post trade processes workflows including Straight Through Processing; FIX APIs; Message Processing System Python coding; Bloomberg; Tableau; Project planning tools including Jira; and confluence.

Full-Time. Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
