As a Marketing Strategy Lead Vice President supporting Chase Auto, you will develop and manage marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve short and long term B2B goals for our Chase Auto Private Label Captive Finance Business relationships. You will develop impactful marketing plans to support the business with regards to marketing/communicating new products or capabilities, development and management of sales enablement materials, supporting dealer events and managing brand, value propositions and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing colleagues to execute against the strategies you develop, partner with Analytics to measure the impact of your marketing efforts and leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology which marketing colleagues will execute in collaboration with you.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the marketing strategy for Private Labels in the dealer channel
- Strategize with Sales leadership on marketing needs
- Work with colleagues to execute against that strategy via dealer channel marketing and communication programs
- Liaise with Auto public relations team to identify opportunities for PR
- Partner with the Auto product team to help define relevant products, segmentation and campaigns to communicate to DRMs and dealers
- Develop, build and update value proposition for the various brands
- Support reporting across initiatives and develop and present senior management presentations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of marketing or communications background
- Consumer financial and/or marketing experience
- Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and quality are required while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional relationship development skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
- Superior written, presentation and oral communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in campaign management, direct marketing and project management
- OEM auto experience
- B2B auto experience working with dealerships or partners
