Job Summary: As a Senior Associate in Treasury Services, part of J.P. Morgan Payments, you will assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to support key initiatives, conduct industry research, and prepare executive presentations. Your role involves significant collaboration with stakeholders and requires strong communication and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for Treasury Services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and assess business cases.
- Support business reviews and strategic content creation.
- Act as a key support to TS F&BM leadership.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and strategic discussions.
- Establish and track cross-product KPIs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in financial services, focusing on treasury services or business management.
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- MBA or equivalent.
- Experience with strategy or business management in financial services.
- Openness to developmental feedback.
