Job Description

The Regulatory Support team is a specialized unit focused on client reporting services, regulatory documentation, and large-scale change initiatives across business units. We offer a unique blend of project skills and product experience, enabling a consistent, high-quality approach to managing and executing change across the Corporate and Investment Bank.

Job Summary:

As a Client Regulatory Support – Associate within the Regulatory Support team, you will be part of a dedicated group of internal and client-facing resources focused on onboarding and query management for client reporting services, ensuring the correct regulatory documentation is in place, and delivering against large scale change initiatives. You will have the opportunity to partner with numerous teams and manage and execute change across the Corporate and Investment Bank, providing a consistent, high-quality and responsive approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Own and manage a client list related to reporting services onboarding and queries.
  2. Devise efficient, standardized processes to track client onboarding to regulatory protocols and services.
  3. Handle internal and external queries related to regulatory protocols, providing a central point of contact.
  4. Assist in educating around decision trees for regulatory requirements with various counterparties.
  5. Engage extensively with Front Office, Compliance, Business Management, Legal, Credit Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
  6. Perform data analysis and remediation exercises to support new and ongoing initiatives.
  7. Manage client outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Capabilities:

  1. Have previous investment banking experience.
  2. Possess experience and strong product knowledge of derivative products with 3 years of experience.
  3. Hold previous experience in a regulatory role.
  4. Demonstrate experience in managing initiatives/projects.
  5. Show client interaction experience in a previous role.
  6. Understand client reference data (desirable).
  7. Possess regulatory reporting experience (desirable).
  8. Exhibit an excellent delivery record, with the ability to manage changing priorities and high-volume processes.
