As a Senior Executive Assistant in Corporate & Investment Bank Strategy, you must have the ability to navigate the firm fluidly, strong organizational and time management skills, and polished interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine will also include interaction with various executive level internal clients across various lines of business. You will need to exercise discretion and good judgment in a variety of situations, and adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals. You will support various projects and initiatives and contribute to enhancing the department’s operational efficiency. The working hours will be 8am to 5pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain fluid and complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and conference calls with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, coordinating room reservations, audio-visual set-up, and catering arrangements as necessary, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Exercise good judgment and tone when managing requests and inquiries.
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information.
- Arrange and coordinate elaborate domestic and international travel.
- Process invoices and expenses, ensuring that company policies are followed, and items are processed within provided guidelines.
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain department documents, including organizational charts and Executive Bio’s.
- Handle regular activities without prompting and advise in advance with issues or delays.
- Work in positive partnership with the administrative assistants team, to back up each other and collaborate on joint initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong track record of managing a high-level executive’s calendar, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
- Advanced ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, can decipher priorities, and handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
- Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
- Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of the business.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Partner with the assistants team to ensure continuity of coverage for their respective coverage teams.
- Motivated by a collaborative environment and willing to go the extra mile.

- Extensive institutional knowledge of JPMorgan Chase
Note: This role requires five days in the office (Monday-Friday) and will not support hybrid options.
