As a Technical Project Manager III in the Corporate Technology Portfolio Governance team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that help achieve business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. You will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, and provide insights and recommendations in discussions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and contributing to both the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while preparing and presenting visual aids to articulate key messages and ensure clear understanding across teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, gaps, or blind spots in the business strategy, and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum and ensure alignment between teams and overall goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and processes, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
  • Assist with planning, facilitate effort estimation inputs, monitor program progress, and proactively identify dependencies and potential risks/issues along with suggested mitigation plans. Also, complete status reports and facilitate status and stakeholder checkpoint meetings.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and capture / track work using Jira.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst / Consultant or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in process modeling, requirement gathering techniques, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop high quality documents and presentations for multiple audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information
  • Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes
  • Experience performing or assisting with Project Management – includes planning, managing dependencies, monitoring progress, proactively addressing risks/issues, completing status reports, etc.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc.
