The Transformation Design & Delivery Team is a part of the Payment Operations organization supporting Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) wide transformation and change programs and platforms. As a Product Delivery Senior Associate within the Transformation Design & Delivery Team, you will be involved in large scale payment programs, collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Technology teams. Your role will include identifying solutions, promoting their prioritization and delivery, and ensuring they align with the operations strategy.
Job responsibilities
- Undertake analysis to define and document the business requirements, articulate and document process
- Perform impact analysis to determine key business groups that will be required to undergo technical or operational process change
- Partner closely with Product and Technology partners to help define globally consistent platform architecture and process
- Work with the UAT team to ensure thorough testing and defect prioritization
- Track the progress of an initiative and identify any potential issues and collaborate with various stakeholders for resolution to ensure timely completion of the project
- Drive Operations readiness to support new product roll out
- Lead independently an initiative working within a cross functional team
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in Banking / Financial services
- Business Analysis skills and prior experience working in projects
- Project management skills, execution focused with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect
- Promotes partnerships and collaboration, with the ability to build effective relationships

- Payments and/or Operations knowledge
