Job Description

An exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the global Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS) Product Development team executing multi – year transformation programs and developing new innovative solutions for clients across L&AS. This role is a great opportunity to partner across Product, Technology, Operations and other functional groups & JPMorgan Lines of Businesses (LOB) to support Product management in developing and commercialising new solutions across L&AS.

As a Product Delivery Associate in the L&AS Product development team, you will work closely with other Product Developers and Product Managers in executing complex transformation programs, supporting scalable product delivery, streamlining processes, upholding regulatory/legal compliance, and resolving delivery impediments. You will be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, while you navigate through and solve complex challenges. In this dynamic environment, you will ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey.

Job responsibilities

The Liquidity & Account Solutions Product Development Associate will play a key role in driving the product readiness of new product solutions developed as a part of the strategic L&AS Transformation Programs working with a wide range of product, technology, operations, line of business and functional partners.

  • Develops a rich understanding of the JPM Payments Liquidity & Account Solutions product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs. industry/customer needs and current business priorities
  • Collaborates with Product Management to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Leads workstreams within complex programs managing functional and line of business stakeholders across regions to successfully drive delivery of key program milestones
  • Partners across product, operations, functional groups to identify efficiencies and streamline operating models
  • Supports change readiness activities to ensure business and functional teams are ready ahead of project/product go live
  • Chairs Working group meetings and creates well structured, impactful written content to influence management and stakeholders towards certain outcomes
  • Fosters strategic dialogue with seniors across product and client coverage teams on emerging client needs and product opportunities, and then partners with them to prioritise these, articulate and assess commercial and operational viability
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to Product Management to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Supports and drives the Client Migrations program to achieve successful migration of client volumes from legacy to new strategic technology infrastructure and platforms

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and build credibility with technology, functional partners, and senior management
  • Experience in business process flow re-engineering and executing change readiness activities
  • Experience in project management and influencing decisions across various stakeholder levels
  • Intellectually curious with ‘constant improvement’ mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to translate complex technical, operational or regulatory information into coherent messages for key partners, senior management and clients
  • Appreciation and adherence to robust risk and control approaches

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior Payments, Liquidity & Escrow knowledge and experience working with Technology beneficial
  • Proven data and analytical skills, experience working with large datasets and/or modelling
  • PowerPoint and Visio skills will be beneficial for the role
