Job Description

As an Early Careers Project, Analyst, your role is the operational core of the overall Campus recruiting function. You will support coordination of the Early Careers Operations team across the campus season, data and candidates, systems readiness, internship program planning and logistics as well as event coordination. You will partner with and provide dedicated support for the Recruiters, Recruitment Coordinators and Regional Early Careers Operations Lead. You will deliver a seamless service to stakeholders while managing multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support APAC Early Careers Operations Lead to monitor the team’s ongoing progress and execution on monthly onboarding, offboarding as well as recruiting seasons’ operational tasks preparation (i.e., requisition creation, offer creation, event logistics support planning)
  • Provide support to the APAC Early Careers Operations team and Recruiting Team with operational process related enquiries throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Partner closely with APAC Early Careers Operations Lead to overview and lead summer internship workstreams.
  • Partner closely with APAC Early Careers Operations lead to overview and lead summer internship workstreams for onboarding.
  • Support Regional Early Careers Operations Lead to define and plan for summer internship operations workstreams and drive summer intern conversion timeline
  • Act as a key point of contact to support Global Project Lead with the implementation of Campus Operations Model Centralization for the region
  • Host weekly updates and season readiness training during the recruiting season to highlight key materials, processes, and enhancements to the wider APAC Early Careers Recruiting Team
  • Oversee the Early Careers technology infrastructure in APAC, own and coordinate testing, season readiness validation and change management
  • Partner with the Data Analyst, Technology and Manila Servicing Team to define opportunities to enhance existing campus operational tools, and gather feedback from the APAC Early Careers Recruiting team for enhancement
  • Act as a centralized contact point to collate feedback from APAC Early Careers Team for Global Early Careers Product Team to prioritize solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years of operations experience
  • Required experience in HR controls, policies and process
  • Work experience within the global Financial Services businesses is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to navigate technology platforms used for communication, data gathering and reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and cultivate strong partnerships
  • Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Outlook. Tableau, VBA would be an advantage
