As a Product Delivery Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking Administration team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Fosters Stakeholder Collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication for cohesive product development.
  • Facilitates sprint planning with stakeholders to drive continuous delivery of quality features and platform improvements, ensuring the tech team understands the product vision.
  • Builds and maintains the product and technology backlog, writes features and user stories, and determines sprint priorities aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Delivers new product enhancements by working directly with technology and product partners, capturing essential requirements and acceptance criteria in Epics and User Stories.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area with Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Strong leadership and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong reasoning, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in an Agile product and software development environment, including using Jira for product delivery management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient in product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Experienced in application and technology modernization within complex technology landscapes.
  • Intellectually curious with a customer-first mindset, passionate about innovative digital products and continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaborator in fast-paced environments, familiar with Java, API services, and cloud-based architectures.
