As a Senior Product Associate in the Connected Banking team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. You will partner across the lines of businesses to execute on an ever-evolving roadmap to establish business plans for the future as well as keep JPMorgan Chase on the leading edge of the rapidly changing technology landscape. You will partner with cross functional teams of core engineering, design and business partners from across the firm to deliver robust feature sets to market. Your excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent analytical and research skills will be highly valued. Your passion for digital channels and strategic thinking inspire and foster close collaboration with technology and internal stakeholders.

Job responsibilities
  • Identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in agile product delivery and/or business analysis including experience with enterprise business requirements.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to achieve specific business results.
  • Effective and prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Customer focused with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams internally and externally to achieve specific business results.
  • Preferred experience working in financial services industry.
