Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build solutions or break down technical problems. Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Com-puter Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Lead Analyst, IT Consultant/Associate, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Mas-ter’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Lead Analyst, IT Consultant/Associate, Systems Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Application Architecture Disciplines; Java and J2EE; Jenkins; Ma-ven; CI/CD; NodeJS; Spring; Javascript; WebDav protocol; Oracle; MySQL; SQL; XML; Angular; REACT; REST; JSON; AWS Cloud Services; Cloud Foundry; Docker and Kubernetes; Dynatrace; Splunk; GIT; Cucumber; Junit; Automated Testing; Functional Testing; Performance Testing; Regression Testing; System Integration Testing; Unit Testing; technical architecture; microservices; US Tax FATCA and CRS reporting regulations.

Job Location: 500 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, DE 19713. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
