Job Description

As part of our ongoing digital and cloud transformation within Human Resources, we are seeking a HR Data asset management specialist , reporting to the Head of HR Data Asset Management team.

Job Summary

As an Associate, within the HR Data Management team, you will be responsible to build and maintain the data security access control that ensure secured and trusted data sets for downstream consumers throughout the firm. You will work with cross functional teams and HR Data Risk Management, to understand the relative importance of data elements within our overall data model, and you will work with Technology and Data Operations teams to productionize the quantitative algorithms, systems, and processes that you develop

Job responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable access control patterns using Immuta & Starburst .
  • Hands on experience in building complex policies on ABAC model
  • Prepare end-to-end technical design specifications
  • Work closely with Data owners / data asset management teams on the access control policy requirements and implement them in scalable approach a
  • Communicate data security issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable control requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Immuta , Starburst and Python
  • Experience in design and implementing access control models
  • Strong problem-solving and analytics abilities .Sound knowledge on database technologies, ANSI SQL , data modelling, and data integration techniques,
  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS platform
  • Experience working in large scale corporate data ecosystems, resolving inconsistencies and challenges in the data.
  • Experience in understanding and following the Agile methodology

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors in computer engineering
  • Experience working in cloud based programming environments
  • Familiarity with machine learning and its applications
