DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive the day-to-day activities related to analysis, project management and delivery of the recommendations product strategy initiatives across digital team(s). Shape research and data into observations and actionable insights, implications, and initiatives to support the product strategy. Use data, analytics and machine learning techniques to inform decision-making when launching product features, running experiments, and analyzing customer behavior. Synthesize information, identify trends or blind spots, and develop narratives around personalization and product strategy to improve the customer experience. Articulate the product vision to cross functional stakeholders and breakdown complex concepts into easily accessible and understandable content and visualizations. Develop content and reporting to periodically update a variety of stakeholders, from adjacent teams to executive management across LOBs on roadmap, on delivery milestones and product strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Behavioral and Decision Science, Computer Science, Analytics and Machine Learning, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management VP, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Decision Science, Computer Science, Analytics and Machine Learning, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management VP, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires 3 years of experience working with large cross functional teams to build product features. Requires 2 years of experience with the following: using SQL to analyze customer transactions and inform product strategy; using Visio to visualize schematic product architectural diagrams; presenting product development ideas and roadmap to senior leadership; working with web and mobile application engineers to build software products in the cloud. Requires 1 year of experience with the following: using FIGMA to create mock designs for customer flows/journeys; using Tableau to visualize the performance of consumer facing products; conducting focus groups and qualitative research interviews of customers; analyzing consumer feedback from surveys and translating into actionable product improvements on the roadmap; building features and products that leverage machine learning to benefit customers on a daily basis. Requires experience with the following: using JIRA to manage the product backlog; using Python to analyze large datasets and present findings; consolidating product requirements and documentation pertaining to product launches and timelines.
Job Location: 575 Washington Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $160,200 - $ 201,000 per year.
