We are looking for an experienced professional to join as Regional Outsourcing Manager to cover for Latin America, Canada & Bahamas within the global Global Supplier Services organization . This senior Associate role is based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and will report directly into the Regional Global Supplier Services Lead.

Job responsibilities:

  • Entry Point for Outsourcing Queries: Act as point of entrance for the business for any outsourcing related questions.
  • Outsourcing Advisory: Advise and Design with regional internal clients on best approach and strategy when planning to outsource services to other affiliates or third parties in terms of risk, time to market, restrictions, commercials besides others.
  • Transactions Management: Lead and co-ordinate individual outsourcing transactions for the Business which includes collaboration with different internal stakeholders, protect the bank against potential risks and execute against tight timelines.
  • Supplier Management: Help Co-ordinate conversations between the business and the suppliers for potential negotiations in collaboration with Category Sourcing.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Business Management or related roles.
  • Hands on approach to drive transactions and deals on Micro Level as well the ability to think through, design and delivery on strategic plans (Macro level).
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, communication and influencing skills to operate in a matrix organization.
  • Expert in written and verbal communication in English (Portuguese is a plus) with the ability to present in front of senior management and influence desired outcome.
  • Highly organized who drives in a fast paced environment to manage several priorities and contacts across multiple partners internal to GSS and to the larger firm at the same time.
  • Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively monitor engagements to address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop solutions
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills as well as experience in drafting commercial agreements and schedules in partnership with Legal.
