DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Member of the PB Mortgage Center Operations team, responsible for developing and leading key analytics projects that focus on improving bottom-line efficiencies and topline growth of the business. Leverage data and analysis to develop quantifiably supported business cases and support strategic recommendations. Conduct competitive intelligence, identify opportunities for improvement and lead special projects as needed. Partner with a diverse array of constituents to deliver high quality work in a deadline driven and fast paced environment. Serve as a trusted resource, generating creative solutions/fresh approaches to internal and external client issues. Utilize available data elements to collaborate with the technology team as well as business users to identify & support the current/future data and analytics needs. Serve as the bridge between business users and the MIS/IT team by translating business needs into data/system requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Analytics Solutions Manager, Senior Analyst, Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Data validation and data analysis (including hands-on usage of analytics tools and A|B Testing); Market Research and Competitive Analysis; Business Case Development; Programming languages and analytical tools including Alteryx; SAS; SQL; or Python/R; Visualization tools including Qlik or Tableau; Financial Analysis including Cost-Benefit Analysis; Executive Presentations.
