Job Description
The Tampa Location Manager is seeking a Program Manager to manage initiatives across all three Program pillars. The Program Manager will support the Location Manager and the Tampa Executive Committee by coordinating with key firm wide and local functional partners to ensure smooth Corporate Center operations and foster a strong campus culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide location-based Program Management duties in support of the Location Manager, Tampa Executive Committee, and all Corporate Center employees
- Program Governance
- Manage executive presentations and senior leader market visits
- Reporting of people, community, and workplace metrics
- Communication support
- Workplace
- Manage rollout of site-specific initiatives
- Coordinate and support infrastructure improvements and projects by partnering with the Chief Administrative Office teams:
- Global Real Estate
- Amenity Services
- Global Security
- Document Business Services
- People
- Partner with Human Resource teams on:
- Talent and mobility programming
- Retention Strategies
- Talent Redeployment
- Employee Opinion Survey analysis and action planning
- Collaborate with firm wide Analyst and Intern programs to provide leadership and on-site support
- Support the Tampa Inclusion Action Committee and Business Resource Groups to promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and events
- Partner with Human Resource teams on:
- Community
- Support with the firm wide and local Volunteer Leadership Groups to facilitate and promote volunteer and engagement opportunities
- Partner with Corporate Responsibility to build and support community partnerships
- Program Governance
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of Program or Project Management background
- Ability to analyze and interrupt large data sets from multiple sources
- Strong attention-to-detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Pitch Pro, Power Point, Excel and Word
- BA required or equivalent work experience
