Job Description

This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Project Management Analyst, you will deliver projects that enhance functionality and reporting provided by existing retail and corporate reporting platforms. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery following the Project Life Cycle. You will partner with key business and technology partners to analyze business/operational processes, identify business and operational requirements, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation.

Job responsibilities

  • End-to-end support of multiple project designs and assist in the development and construction of coordination plans from elevation floor plans to target designs
  • Collaborate with sub-working groups to maintain deadlines and data frequencies
  • Assist key working groups or team leaders with daily operations in various extents
  • Partner with Structural Cabling Engineers, Architects, PM Companies, and Security experts to uphold company standards by applying problem-solving skills and analytical critical thinking
  • Support Subject Matter Experts with new concepts, techniques, and challenges
  • Develop expertise levels of defined security requirements
  • Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, database and software development, with the occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and senior management; Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Engineer/Architect with 3+ years of project management work experience
  • Experience in developing or interpreting project floor plans and security system layouts
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
  • Familiar with software such as Jira, PMWeb and ServiceNow
  • Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership, and accountability
  • Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders to help advance project agenda
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam design systems, AutoCAD is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
