Job Description
As a Product Manager, within our Data Governance Product Team, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
- Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results with our technology partners in an agile framework
- Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work to generate new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement, including increasing product adoption and improving user engagement
- Manage change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment, articulating the current reporting landscape and vision for the future landscape to both end users and senior business audiences
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or data management and governance
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Prior experience with data management, data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data quality
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrix and complex organization
