Job Description

J.P. Morgan is seeking for an Analyst for LATAM Payments, to work at Payments Operations Execution (POE) department in Brazil. The new member will process activities related to local products as per liquidity, payments, escrow and deposit accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manual payments, TD’s monitoring, Regulatory Reports;
  • Billing processing for escrow transactions;
  • Reconciliations and break investigations;
  • Procedures mapping, description and documentation;
  • Support to Business and Ops projects and initiatives;
  • Support to internal customers (Business, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Technology);
  • Develop improvements and systemic solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operations processes
  • Flexibility to assume different functions; teamwork and good logical thought

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Adm, Finance, Business or related areas
  • Experience in LATAM Payments Business required (RTP, Wires, SPB, Boletos, Taxes, backend platforms e.g. Matera)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Organization and communication skills
