Job Description

Vendor Delivery Manager for the AWM Ops Provider Administration Center of Excellence (PACE) you will be playing key role enacting positive change as a part of a new centralized team of JPMC Vendor/Supplier Subject Matter Experts. Responsible for strengthening, standardizing, and streamlining oversight of suppliers supporting AWM Ops, a Vendor Delivery Manager initiates strategic tasks to provide scalable operational and technical support for a variety of operation and business groups within the Trust & Estates, Specialty Assets, and Tax space. In addition to personally managing a book of assigned vendor engagements in accordance with the JPMC Corporate Third Party Oversight (TPO) framework, a PACE Vendor Delivery Manager is responsible for eliminating manual touchpoints through the use of business intelligence solutions for engagements within their purview, as well as assisting internal stakeholders navigate the firm’s complex TPO network by serving in a customer support/liaison role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of external suppliers: Manage suppliers throughout their engagement lifecycle, from sourcing to offboarding.
  • Implement Corporate Third Party Oversight standards: Ensure compliance with all required standards.
  • Manage supplier risks and performance: Monitor risks, controls, performance, contract terms, SLAs, and deliverables.
  • Remediate vendor Action Plans: Collaborate with vendors and internal resources to address action plans and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate during contract negotiations: Work with Sourcing, Legal, and others to influence contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with Executive Sponsors, Brokers, Portfolio Managers, and others to ensure smooth operations and address issues.
  • Manage vendor budgets: Oversee annual spend, validate, and approve purchase orders and invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/Experience: Familiarity with JPMC's Supplier Oversight framework, contracts, SLAs, and financial management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Alteryx, Python, Unqork, Signavio, Tableau, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Ariba/SAP, Concur, 4Site, and Compass.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: At least 8 years in Operations, Technical, or Vendor Delivery Management.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Fiduciary Trust & Estates or AWM Operations is a plus.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively across various business lines and management levels, building strong professional relationships.
