Job Description

Join our IMOS E2E Test Team within the CIB Security Services Operations Group, where you'll play a crucial role in managing, executing, and implementing releases for the IMOS Program.

As a key member of the IMOS E2E testing team, you'll be involved in comprehensive front-to-back testing. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, encompassing all phases of the project life cycle. Your primary focus will be on manual testing and business implementation throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). You'll contribute to integrating a major asset manager into our new system architecture.

Job responsibilities:

  • Define and plan the testing scope of the release, including acceptance and exit criteria.
  • Review, assess, and own requirements traceability; prepare the Test Matrix.
  • Lead and manage the Defect Management process, highlighting key blockers, issues, and risks.
  • Own or co-own the project plan, test plan, timeline charts, and progress and status reports.
  • Finalize impact assessments of changes, including upstream and downstream impacts and regression plans.
  • Work with stakeholders to define the test strategy for large programs and execute the end-to-end business implementation and test plan.
  • Conduct assessments of requirements and current business processes for completeness, coverage, correctness, and testability.
  • Own the conducting of lessons learned analysis, root cause analysis, and execution of corrective actions.
  • Produce status and management reports, liaising with key stakeholders and partnering with technology, product, and operations.
  • Collate, prepare, consolidate, analyze, track, and manage critical success factors, metrics, KRIs, KPIs, business cases, benefits, and ROI.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • User Acceptance Testing experience and/or Test management experience
  • Strong background in any or multiple business areas such as Securities trade processing or Fixed Income operations or derivatives (Listed/OTC) and Middle Office (Matching/Confirmation/Settlements & IBOR) experience
  • Project management and lifecycle experience.
  • Clear, effective communication skills.
  • You must hold at least a bachelor's degree
  • You must have at least 7+ years of experience
