Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Global JPM Trading Desks, Operational partners, Technology and our Agent Bank Network to explore and implement internal and external Market changes.
- Roll out and management of T+1
- Coordinate the user testing and rollout of new products, managing feedback and implementing additional enhancements based on priorities.
- Manage effective working group meetings across Product, Operations and Technology to deliver on key services and tools
- Participate in and contribute to the Securities Settlements strategy to identify opportunities for improvement and present those ideas to senior management
- Support special projects and executive requests and synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in Equities Product
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and be personally accountable for achieving key milestones
- Be able to progress initiatives in a cross-functional and matrixed organizational model and guide product enhancements through required development, testing, and release management
- Strong communication and influence management skills, ability to articulate complex ideas and analytics in a succinct way
- An independent contributor who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous Project management or Business Analyst experience would be an advantage
- Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions – comfortable with public speaking
