As an Business Testing Analysis Associate in Market Operations Business Testing Analysis, you will work across business lines in a project-based environment, supporting the strategic rollout of automated testing solutions within the Markets LOB (Line Of Business).
Job responsibilities
- Manages End-to-End UAT: planning, test scripting, execution, defect management, and user sign-offs
- Analyses and articulate requirements to teams including AD, Product, Operations, and QA
- Maintains documentation: test strategy, plan, entry/exit control
- Executes scenarios and track progress in qTest/JIRA
- Identifies and track defects to closure
- Collaborates with AD team to meet testing deadlines
- Assists with Business Process Design and Business Analysis
- Communicates project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Motivates team members and lead by example
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant testing experience in Financial Services, supporting multiple LOBs
- Understanding of Equity Derivatives Product Workflows
- Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology
- Experience in testing processes and test execution
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage critical tasks
- Hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence
- Experience with Test automation using Selenium, QTP, Cypress
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project/Agile methodology qualification
- Experience in Equities, CIB business function, Global Markets, Middle Office, or Security Services
- Business Analysis and Test Automation skills
