The Business Banking Acquisition Marketing Team is responsible for leading high-quality customer growth for through prospect acquisition and relationship deepening.
As the Business Banking Acquisition Marketing Vice President your focus is on serving offers to existing Business Banking clients with the intention of driving primary bank status and/or adding new products to their relationship. In addition, Cash Management, Payroll, Business Credit Journey and Savings products are examples of campaigns you will own. You will also create the strategy behind deepening objectives, partnering with D&A and finance to develop the offer financials, presenting to leadership as an advocate for the strategy, and collaborating with partners to bring the program to life. You will also partner with product, analytics, test design, and campaign management, to support a multi-quarter marketing strategy to ultimately deliver on deepening goals at a profitable ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scope opportunity to enhance increased primary bank relationships within our existing client base and prioritize concepts.
- Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy to enhance increased balances and/or product deepening within business banking.
- Partner with Marketing D&A, test design and finance to build proforma's for offer concepts that meet KPI's.
- Build pilot marketing strategy for Business Credit journey to acquire and engage users with the product.
- Make recommendations for campaign improvement based on results and contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve prospect experience and campaign performance.
- Draft business cases for each quarterly program and present to senior leaders for funding approval.
- Develop creative briefs and partner with execution team to ensure the strategic vision is executed flawlessly.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Analytics, or Finance
- 6+ years of marketing or equivalent experience, with expertise in marketing, product and/or innovation of which 3 years would need to be direct marketing strategy experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Strong ability to story-tell both verbally and through the creation of powerpoint slides.
- Proven ability to take initiative, influence others and achieve results.
- Experienced manager of marketing financials, acquisition KPI's and expected returns.
- A curious and analytical thinker, with the ability to take data, distill it, and use it to develop and lead strategies.
- Experience delivering key results in a data-driven environment, using systems such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and API data sets as a detection framework to measure results and identify issues
