As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Strategy & Transformation, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Own the piloting and implementation of solutions, adjusting as necessary, and prove efficacy in order to establish BAU process within the business
  • Challenge status quo by bringing to bear unbiased critical thinking and designing tactical and strategic solutions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage cutting edge technologies in solution design, e.g., robotics, big data, machine learning, blockchain
  • Influence and lead business partners across all-levels and functions to support solutions and strategic vision
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Act in an advisory role to help product teams navigate the change management process for new products, features, and initiatives
  • Act as a consultant to not only identify opportunities for improvement, but also develop and execute on recommendations for successful delivery
  • Analyze various types of data to identify trends, opportunities and impacts with commercial focus (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Distill analyses into executive level presentations to clearly and succinctly convey conclusions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Working knowledge of data manipulation and presentation through tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
  • Ability to transform business narratives into presentations
  • Transfer business workflow discussions into process flow diagrams
  • Understanding of program and project management concepts
